fall 2009 : Morel's remix of Lily Allen's "Fuck You" is out now! Morel is finishing up on another remix for Yoko Ono of "Give Me something". This is the fourth remix he has done for Yoko to date. The mix should be released this fall.

A new Morel EP is set for release this fall, Including a Dave Aude Remix of "Im So Low I Keep On Falling"and version 2 of "Shoegazer Disco" from "The Death Of the Paperboy". More details soon!

spring 2009: Morel's been remixing two songs for UK pop group La Roux, "Bullet Proof" and "Quicksand" and he has also been doing remixes for Lionel Richie and Labelle. BLOWOFF will be in Chicago, Atlanta, NYC, San Francisco, Provincetown and WDC this spring. BLOWOFF dates are posted here. Morel has been in NYC working with Cyndi on new songs - in between he's been hanging out with Lucky Pierre.

fall 2008: Morel is doing a remix of the Killer's new single "Human". This is the third remix he has done for the Killers.

Morel's remix of Kreesha Turner's "Don't Call Me baby " goes to number 1 on the Billboard club play chart.

The Cyndi Lauper song "Set Your Heart", co- written and co-produced by Morel , will be used in a Japanese Sheisedo ad campaign. "Set Your Heart" was also used in a Japanese Toyoto campaign earlier this year and hit number 3 on the Japanese pop charts.

August 2008: "The Death of the Paperboy" will be released on Itunes 8-26-08. The Itunes release will include a bonus track - Bob Mould's LoudBomb remix of "Flawed".

July 2008: Cyndi Lauper's "Same Ol Fuckin Story" hits number one on Billboard's Club Play charts for 2 weeks in a row! Morel's Pink Noise mix of Yoko Ono's "Give Peace A Chance" is on the charts at number 3. Its the third record he has done with Yoko Ono.

Morel played an awesome show with Cyndi Lauper at G-A-Y in London !! It was cyndi's first appearence in Lonodn in 14 years! Cyndi completely blew them away , it was an amazing night.
